5 things every woman should remember

There are a handful of guidelines we must obey to live a happy, healthy and contented life but some of them are too complicated. I made my top 5 list to consider and maybe some of you might agree with my suggestions.

  • Exercise. I’m really not the type who’d go to a gym just to sweat and if you’re like me exercise at least 20 minutes everyday is one key to stay young, look good and live a longer life.
  • Eat right. Try to balance your meals, avoid sweets and manage your carbohydrate intake. Everything takes a little discipline even if you take dietary supplements like sensa reviews.
  • Spend wisely. Being mindful of your spending habits is very important. I suggest thinking a purchase overnight.
  • Have a breast examination. Breast cancer is no laughing matter and treatment is best if detection is early so go see a doctor.
  • Wear sunblock everyday. The sun can really damage our skin and as we age, we begin to see the real damaging effects of sunlight so protect our skin now.

I Love How Hubby Doesn’t Mind My Flabs

I think I haven’t given proper credit yet to my dearest hubby for being so considerate of my feelings. ;) I actually know for myself that I need some cellulite treatments as they are already visible on my upper arms and thighs. Plus the flabby tummy which I always contest as “baby fats”.

But you know what, no matter how people say I’m getting fat, hubby never, as in never confirmed that on my face. I often ask, “Dad, do I really look fat?” or “Dad, they said I gained so much weight this month. Is it true?” He always answers, “No. Maybe they are just too thin to say that.” I am not really sure if he’s telling the truth or he just doesn’t want to hurt my feelings. But I so love him for that.

Colon cleansing bandwagon

My friend started talking about her mom’s cleansing diet for the past 2 months.  Her mom stopped eating meat, chicken even dairy foods and other processed foods. Her diet primarily involves organic raw fruit and vegetables, freshly squeezed  juice and organic brown rice.

A cleansing diet is important because it eliminates the body’s stored toxins, thus giving our body more energy, better absorption of nutrients and overall a good health.  Colon cleanse has long term benefits and can be a lifetime choice and as I’ve read before it can also reduce the risk of many  chronic illnesses.
