5 things every woman should remember
There are a handful of guidelines we must obey to live a happy, healthy and contented life but some of them are too complicated. I made my top 5 list to consider and maybe some of you might agree with my suggestions.
- Exercise. I’m really not the type who’d go to a gym just to sweat and if you’re like me exercise at least 20 minutes everyday is one key to stay young, look good and live a longer life.
- Eat right. Try to balance your meals, avoid sweets and manage your carbohydrate intake. Everything takes a little discipline even if you take dietary supplements like sensa reviews.
- Spend wisely. Being mindful of your spending habits is very important. I suggest thinking a purchase overnight.
- Have a breast examination. Breast cancer is no laughing matter and treatment is best if detection is early so go see a doctor.
- Wear sunblock everyday. The sun can really damage our skin and as we age, we begin to see the real damaging effects of sunlight so protect our skin now.

Say buh-bye to holiday weight
With so much food and other celebration last Christmas and New Year I dread the day that I have to see how much I gained.
But this morning I step up onto the scales and liked what I saw…I finally shed off the 3 kilos I gained over the holidays woohoo! Since Alyssa went back to school I never had a decent lunch or should I say never really eat lunch. I’d rather snack on chips or cookies, just anything I can easily grab off the pantry or the fridge.
I’m about to start baking as soon as all my orders arrived and for sure I’ll be gaining some more but least I wil start off with the usual weight. Alyssa haven’t gained so far and though she’s been eating a lot more now I noticed her weight is pretty much the same. Guess my little one isn’t eating lunch at school again
sigh.

3 KILOS… Indeed!
…and did I say, 3 kilos? hhhmmm… hesitant, but YEAH! I gained 3 huge kilos – from 51 to almost 54. Grrr!!!
How? Well, blame it on pandesal, puto bumbong, bulalo, hotdog, Jollibee, KFC, Kenny Rogers, etc. etc. I visited my most loved homeland for the whole month of sweet December and as expected – I have eaten everything I’ve been dying to eat for more than a year of being deprived by them. What good is it to be home and at the same time, celebrate the holiday season with everything and everyone you love???
So now, guess what? Most effective diet pills for women is what I’ve been up to for the past 2 weeks since getting back. I knew it – this moment will come and if only by just thinking about it I’m gonna lose all these excess, then all praises to stress.
