Halloween Party

It was supposed to be a kids’ halloween party, but since adults can’t resist, an impromptu make-up plus sponsored clothes from ate Flor did the trick. It was so much fun being scary “slash” funny. My first Halloween party ever was indeed memorable for it was shared with new found real friends. Thanks ladies! And since I can no longer stand the messiness of our home, it feels so good to lie down knowing that the remaining 2 hours of the day has been spent productively – dishes done, laundy done, tidying up done! phew!!! tiring but fulfilling.

Now, preggy mommah is signing off…have to get up early and search for some System Engineer Jobs online. Goodnight everyone!

Is This It?

I’m wishing… I’m wishing… For the one I love… To find me… Today… Arrg! WRONG! My background has taken over – my sweet little daughty is currently watching Snow White. But yeah, it has somehow reflected what’s in my mind.

Have you read my recent post about our plan for our dream holiday with the company of great friends in the US? I actually am not over it yet and as early as now, though no exact date has been set, I am trying to explore online on the possible places to go to and while doing so, an old friend that I haven’t got a contact for quite a long time now added me in Facebook and of course with the “How are you’s” the “Where are you’s” followed. When I said I’m now with my family here in London, she said she also have a family of her own now and they are actually in my daughter’s dream land, Florida. Wow! I bet it would be amazing to live very close to Disneyland, huh? So the conversation continued. I told her about our plan of renting some holiday cottages hopefully within the florida villas so our trip to the US would be a million times worth it as we’re fulfilling both our dream holiday and our daughter’s dream to visit Disneyland.

Guess what she answered. She exactly know of one cottage in a really nice location since it’s just a few blocks away from the entrance of the villa and more importantly, the owner is really nice and friendly. The owner even provided them extra beddings when they got short and helped them go around to show where the nearest shops are, just in case they needed to buy something in the middle of the night. They rented it out last summer and she still has the contact number with her. Oh Wow! She’s heaven-sent! If this pushes through, I cannot thank her enough.

Hhmm… This sounds perfect to me. The only thing we need to do now is to save up for this dream getaway.

Our Dream Holiday – Grown Ups

If you know the movie, Grown Ups, that is the kind of holiday hubby and I would want to have. A holiday wherein we, together with our friends, will just rent a lake house and have a good rest. We thought we were the only one thinking about such kind of vacation until we were visited by a good friend of ours from NJ. She opened the topic by saying, “You know what, it’s nice to have a vacation where we will stay in 1 house, cook our meals, have some barbecue, swim and just have good times.” And so we said, “That’s exactly what we’re talking about.” And so we discussed about the movie, Grown Ups. So now, it’s nice that we are not the only one dreaming about that kind of holiday, but our friends are also dreaming with us. Such a nice moment to look forward to. We just need to save up for it since it’ll be in the US and then we’ll find the perfect place, a Corolla vacation rental perhaps or just about any good rentals we may find when the time comes.
