PS I Love You – I just love how true love works…
I have heard this title long time ago, but was able to watch it only the other day. If only I knew how good the movie was, I should have watched it since its launch. It was a love story where the husband died early, but planned everything so his wife can move on with her life.

Holly Kennedy is beautiful, smart and married to the love of her life – a passionate, funny, and impetuous Irishman named Gerry. So when Gerry’s life is taken by an illness, it takes the life out of Holly. The only one who can help her is the person who is no longer there. Nobody knows Holly better than Gerry. So it’s a good thing he planned ahead. Before he died, Gerry wrote Holly a series of letters that will guide her, not only through her grief, but in rediscovering herself. The first message arrives on Holly’s 30th birthday in the form of a cake, and to her utter shock, a tape recording from Gerry, who proceeds to tell her to get out and “celebrate herself”. In the weeks and months that follow, more letters from Gerry are delivered in surprising ways, each sending her on a new adventure and each signing off in the same way; P.S. I Love You. Holly’s mother and best friends begin to worry that Gerry’s letters are keeping Holly tied to the past, but in fact, each letter is pushing her further into a new future. With Gerry’s words as her guide, Holly embarks on a journey of rediscovery in a story about marriage, friendship and how a love so strong can turn the finality of death into a new beginning for life. – IMDB
Personally, if I were to chose which way to die, I would definitely chose to die of sickness – cancer perhaps? I know we should always be ready for we don’t know how and when we’re gonna leave, but being sick definitely prepares us. I need to prepare my family, most especially my daughter. I’m sure her world will fall and if I can somehow prepare her, I will.
Hubby and I always joke about us, getting old. He always says, “Don’t you worry, mum. We will not reach that age.”
Life gets shorter these days compared to the life of our grannies, but if we will to live that long, I would definitely love to – as long as we’re together. Then we talk about getting ourselves our own Burial Insurance, seniors funeral insurance and health resource for seniors – just so our child/ren won’t have to think about it anymore.
Well, I’m talking about dying… But then I guess it’s normal to worry about it, most especially if we know how to love…
Happy Valentines Day, Everyone!!!

Colon cleansing bandwagon
My friend started talking about her mom’s cleansing diet for the past 2 months. Her mom stopped eating meat, chicken even dairy foods and other processed foods. Her diet primarily involves organic raw fruit and vegetables, freshly squeezed juice and organic brown rice.
A cleansing diet is important because it eliminates the body’s stored toxins, thus giving our body more energy, better absorption of nutrients and overall a good health. Colon cleanse has long term benefits and can be a lifetime choice and as I’ve read before it can also reduce the risk of many chronic illnesses.

Day out…
A few days after we arrived home we noticed that we don’t have anything to eat the next day. So we have no choice but to go out and do our grocery shopping.
While Mark and I were on the grocery, I saw a little girl throwing a fit to a point of getting so upset that she throws up and was yelling so loud. She is probably around 3 to 3 ½ years old. Her mom just picked her up and walk out. Toddlers are just so difficult to handle these days…SIGH.
On a lighter note, I was handed a leaflet about trimedisyn the same day and I had to admit the ads got me sold so I’m gonna read up reviews about it since we’ve been trying out for our next baby.
