Not Ready for Monday

I was about to make a shout out on my FB stat about this, but thought of just putting it on my blog – at least here, those who doesn’t read my blog and who really doesnt care won’t be disturbed. I actually find posting stats on FB to be so disturbing to others as that’s how I feel when others do. I hate it when all I can read are rants and bad mouths (through words of course) of others to specific persons they just can’t name.

Right, so what do I wanna shout then? Uhhhmmm, rant as well! LOL! At least on my own blog. Ready???

AAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGG!!! I’m sooooo NOT ready for Monday!!!

• I have a house that is too messy and I just can’t clean it today.
• I have loads of clothes to fold and my laundry basket is so full that I can’t wash them yet since I don’t know when I can hang them up after.
• I will be out today as Alyssa has an appointment with her dentist and the dentist’s clinic is more than an hour travel.
• I haven’t done blog-hopping to all the memes I joined last week.
• I have jobs to do as a virtual assistant and how to do it before 11am strikes is something I find impossible.
• I have this problem from last week that I still don’t know how to resolve. It’s just so difficult to solve a problem most especially when you know you can hurt others feelings.

I know Monday will pass, but I also know I will carry these all after Monday so a huge luck for me, really.

Should I Still Apply for a Job?

Every year, I plan to apply for jobs. I don’t even care which job it is – all I want is to get hired. I was wondering what career path is waiting for me – sales career, admin, hospitality, whatsoever – but every year also, lots of other opportunities are coming my way. This year, I tried again, but I got interested in cake making so I’ll see if it’ll work for me as a home-based business, plus of course, the raining opportunities in my blogging career.

Until now, I’m not sure if I still need to apply for work, but if the cake business won’t turn out successfully, then I guess I really should. I just believe in God’s perfect timing and that He knows what’s right for me.

We Want the Backyard!!!

It’s so sad to know that the flat we’ve been eyeing to move in to has already been taken by someone else. We really wanted the flat being renovated just below our current flat and aside from it being within our budget, it already has 3 bedrooms where Alyssa can have her own room and the other room can be a proper guest room since we have visitors every now and then and most especially, it has a really really huge backyard. Alyssa has already planned to put up her own playground there with wood swing sets and slide like this. She saw me viewing the CSN store and this caught her attention. She was also disappointed when I told her that we’re not moving there anymore. I feel so sorry for her that I took away her excitement this early.

I wasn’t able to take a picture of the whole backyard as I’m just upstairs, but here’s a part of it. We have seen the flat’s improvement and from the old-style victorian house, it’s now a modern victorian with everything new in it. We’re still crossing our fingers though. Our agent told us that should there be problems with the current applicant, she’ll let us know. If not, then we have no choice but to look for another. We just find this area to be the best as it’s a walk away from Alyssa’s school and from the city centre.
