Goodbye Socks! Hello Nailpolish!

My Internet connection has been acting up these past few days, oh actually the whole week – good thing our provider sent a very nice and friendly technician and in just a few minutes he was able to get my connection up and running again – as usual.

But during the times when broadband’s down, I kind of got bored and so I was able to beautify my toenails. It’s about time to show off those tiny toenails – it’s almost summer anyway! They’ve been under the socks for like 5 months? And during those times, I just let them free from nail polish. Isn’t it cute? FYI, it’s my first ever red nails! My favorite is the “Touch of Tan” color and I just tried this one for a change.

Oh, not only that you know. Having no Internet connection really helps because I was able to do the a lot of household chores and finally clean my lovely sinks. Now I really believe that Internet is what’s making me become a not so good housewife.

Shrek Forever After – Still a Suspense in UK

I can’t understand why a lot of movies are shown in UK… soooo LATE! Buy you know what? They claim that it’s actually early – in fact it has an exclusive preview screening on Tuesday, 1 June only in London and the regular showing is on 2 July all over UK. I mean, are we that far to be this late? Oh well, I guess they’re just trying to manage the profit properly by not showing it in all countries all at once, or maybe they’re finding it hard to transport their bullion back to their country. Just kidding.

I, personally would want to experience the exclusive screening at the Vue Cinema on the Family Week Film Day by the nationalfamilyweek.co.uk, but since we’re going to the country we may just wait until 2 July.

I’m a Fairy Godmother of Sweet Bella Grace

I’ve known Marz Rubz only more than a month ago, but after a few chats we were able to feel the mutual bond between us that suddenly I just felt we were so close. Less did I know that she felt the same way towards me, but what surprised me most is that she’s indeed trusting me on that short period of time. I was really surprised when she approached me and asked if I can be one of her daughter’s godmothers. WOW! As in WOW! What more can I say? I felt so blessed to have been chosen as a second parent of this very beautiful child. She’s a blogging baby and I won’t be surprised if she’ll be following her mom’s footsteps in the blogosphere.

Pretty Bella Grace will be dedicated to the Lord today and as a godmother, I really wish I am there to witness this very important part of her life.
